Tournament Rules
- Check-In: 4:30 AM (Large Group Area 1)
- End Time: 2:00pm (Inside Cholla ramp buoys)
- Weigh-In: 2:30 PM (Large Group Camp 1 Area; ). Weigh-in scales will be open as early as 1:30 PM.
- Cost: $75/boat
- Heaviest bag of 7 Crappie per team wins (Min 10″)
- Hook and line, live bait and trolling are permitted
- 4-pole limit per team
- This event does not include parking or camping fees
- Livewells will be checked prior to launching
AZCA Meeting
The open meeting starts around 3:00pm, immediately after the weigh-in and will be held at the Group Camp Area 1. The meeting typically lasts 15 minutes. The meeting is open for members and non-members. This is an opportunity for AZCA members to vote when and where the next SCF be held and other club decisions. For non-members, this is an opportunity to learn about the AZCA, and if interested in joining, you can be voted in to become a member. See the FAQ for more details about becoming a member.
Raffle
The raffle with start around 3:15 PM immediately after the AZCA meeting, and also will be held at the Large Group Camp Area 1. The club has supplied many great prizes to be raffled off, so be sure to bring some cash! Tickets will be available to purchase after the weigh-in after the open club meeting.
Raffle ticket cost:
- $10 for 1 ticket
- $50 for 6 tickets
- $100 for 12 tickets
Evening Dinner
Camping
We will be camping in the Large Group Area 1. If you attending our event, you are welcome to camp with us. Please note there is no water or electric provided at the group site. If you camp with us, you will need to stop by the Alamo Lake Store and pay a nightly fee per vehicle per night for your park pass. You can also camp in any of the campground loops and reserve those through the state park website.

First Place
Team Crappietiers — Florin Nesiu and Andrew Nesiu weighed in the max of 7 crappie for a total weight of 10.37lbs, earning them $160 plus a Scheels $50 gift card.
Second Place
Team David Toyne with a total weight of 9.92lbs, earning him $96 plus a Scheels $50 gift card.
Third Place
Team Gotcha (JT Butler and Matthew Picklesimer) with a total weight of 9.43lbs, earning them $64 plus a Scheels $50 gift card.
"Wild Willie" biggest crappie
Team Crappietiers Florin Nesiu and Andrew Nesiu weighed in the Wild Willie Biggest Crappie at 1.77lbs, earning them $160 plus a Scheels $75 gift card.
